The 2023 PBFA Brighton Book Fair is coming up fast. It’s the biggest and best book fair on the south coast and we’re now in our third year. Look out for these flyers around the south – each one is a free ticket!
On Saturday 28th October the main hall up at the racecourse will be packed with 40 professional book dealers from all across the country. They’ll be bringing thousands of beautiful old books, maps, prints, photographs, postcards, ephemera and more. It’s a gigantic second-hand book shop popping up for just one day, so don’t miss it…
What will you find? Who knows! There will be items there on every subject under the sun. Prices start at a pound and go up to many thousands of pounds for valuable first editions and ancient tomes. There’s plenty in between of course. My own stand will be exclusively Brighton and Sussex material and there will be specialist dealers in children’s books, modern firsts, ephemera and more.
